Karen Read accused of backing into boyfriend and leaving him to die *MISTRIAL*

This woman didn't do this. I'd be willing to bet that someone in the house did it. Someone in the house looked up "How long will it take for somebody to die in the cold." Karen couldn't have done that search.

Is there a cover up conspiracy?

Well apparently emu doesnt either he just watches Court TV he said - 2 hrs a day.
I do what you both have said and search for my answers as neither of you have ever said "it's in post x " only "look up thread" so it is easier to google as the testimony comes up.

No she wasn't. She is currently appealing the issue on double jeopardy on those two counts. If she wins they won't be able to recharge her on those counts. The appeal links have been posted on here.

Good morning. I have not been to bed yet in two days. Not a good thing.

Emu also couldn't stand Vinnie on his newer personal channel. Following Court TV or Vinnie, Law and Crime, News Nation, etc. does NOT give the picture. Never has. Some think it does.

Even Nate Eaton who I think all of us would admit and swear if you can't watch covers everything SO WELL like tweeting from Daybell, gets about every single thing it seems, now that is a good guy to go by but when I'd go listen to actual testimony there was a LOT even he missed... NO ONE who has not watched or listened to the actual trials in any case should ever assume some news person or show is giving them a full view of the truth of it.

And emu saying he watched Vinnie--Vinnie of all people--means little.

I was in here back when and almost no one was actually watching the trial. Regina was though. And called out a lot of things.

I never got to watch it all but even I who this is no pet case for me went and searched out witnesses and had no time yet did it and listened to it. No one in here will tell you, or maybe they don't even know of considering they watch like Vinnie, of testimony and witnesses who do not fit their narrative at all.

You know, if Karen does get off, she is going to have her stalkers/groupies to satisfy who stood up for her with their signs and b.s. I think that even would be a fitting sentence that the ones she and they I used she has to deal with, live with and befriend forever. All the weirdoes.

JMO, my opinion, just mine.

I would repeat, no one here was watching the trial, even those that had time and are so into this case. Not when I was in here when it was going on. NO ONE.

That video pretty much nails it for me. I was pretty "meh" about her guilt or not and might have chalked it up to dudes too drunk and/or lazy to investigate any cringe 5 until that.

Explain one good reason for them to alter and lie about that video to me.

Even better. I just want to await the appeal result and then go from there. If she wins the appeal she will just be charged with the one charge then right?

It wasn't altered. It was just reversed by the video recorder. That's why the timestamp is still the right way around. I'm not sure why you don't follow that fact.

And that fact is obvious immediately the driver gets out of the car.

I am staying off the legs although they aren't elevated. The more I am off them the worse and stiffer they are though. I
am tired but not tired. It sucks. It is 6 a.m. here and I have not slept the last two nights now. The one thing I did have is when I laid down at night I WAS sleeping and getting some relief. Last two days that has went to HE77, not sure why. Can't sleep at all. Tired as heck, head for bed, can't sleep, give up and get back up.

Going to try shortly here and hope to HE77 just the lack of sleep for two days takes over. Not counting on it though. Hoping however.

You know, there are some very hot heads in here. Exclamation marks and everything like in this post. Clearly all do not agree. It happens. Your opinion is not shared by everyone and it can't be made to be. It's just the way it is. Others are going on facts as well or what they see. At least it can be discussed if no one tries to force their opinion on others.

I happen to agree with that she killed him. And I don't come to such conclusions for no reason in any case. Jmo though. I am sure you don't agree but I think we can all be civil and not try to force things on people.

And stay calm...

If that was the case, the time stamps would have been reversed. How did the time stamps get oriented correctly but the video get reversed? Impossible. That's not how it works. The time stamps are part of the video. If one gets reversed, all gets reversed. I'm not sure how you don't follow that fact.

The time stamps on the altered video are also in a different color than what the video records... All in testimony.

That's just how that camera works; it records a mirrored image.
And the stamp shows that the image is mirrored because when the image is reversed, it's backward.

No they do not! Anybody that actually works with security video will tell you the same.

How is it reversed when the video isn't reversed but isn't when the original video that was turned in does??? By your theory, when they reversed the video in the correct orientation as it should have been, then the time stamps you claim "it's how the cameras work" would have not been inverted. Do you not listen to yourself???
 
Phones apparently do a lot of self correct, word changing, and typos. I thought the computer was bad. Lol.

you seem very upset with all the exclamation marks and all. don't listen to me but just suggesting everyone calm down. this case is not in any of our back yards and involves no one any of us know personally so it shouldn't have hot heads and should be able to be discussed and not forced with anyone's opinion. And that is just my tired opinion. I am beyond tired and so probably saying things in a tired state.
