LIBBY GERMAN & ABBY WILLIAMS: Indiana vs. Richard Allen for 2017 murder of two Delphi girls *GUILTY*

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams and Liberty German were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana, United States, after the young girls had disappeared from the same trail the previous day. The murders have received significant media coverage because a photo and audio recording of an individual believed to be the girls' murderer was found on German's smartphone. Despite the audio and video recordings of the suspect that have been circulated and the more than 26,000 tips that police have received, no arrest in the case has been made.[1][2][3]

Police have not publicly stated nor released details of how the girls were murdered.[6] As early as February 15, 2017, Indiana State Police began circulating a still image of an individual reportedly seen on the Monon High Bridge Trail near where the two friends were slain; the grainy photograph appearing to capture a Caucasian male, with hands in pockets, walking on the rail bridge, head down, toward the girls.[4] A few days later, the person in the photograph was named the prime suspect in the double-homicide.[5]

On February 22, law enforcement released an audio recording where the voice of the assailant,[7] though in some degree muffled, is heard to say, "Down the hill." It was at this news conference that officials credited the source of the audio and imagery to German's smartphone, and, further, regarded her as a hero for having had the uncanny foresight and fortitude to record the exchange in secret. Police indicated that additional evidence from the phone had been secured, but that they did not release it so as not to "compromise any future trial." By this time, the reward offered in the case was set at $41,000.[5]

So RA can misbehave and shout and swear even when he is not in Westville. He has only been at Cass a couple of weeks so far.

I read somewhere there are videos of RA masturbating while Wala was there. If thats the case, it's not a good look for anyone involved. I can't remember where I read it.
I read that too. I don't think it would be a good look for anyone involved either.

Time flies. 3 months.
I didnt think we knew where he was before that. Or they didn't want the public to know where. Now they don't seem to care if we know or not. I thought he was in Allen County up to only a few weeks ago. Westville to Wabash around Dec then to Allen County and finally Cass county. I wonder why he is now misbehaving in Cass?

I dunno.

Forgot to attach the Vinelink screenshot showing his Cass County date.

I’ve been catching up and I have a couple of things to say. First of all, the Brad Weber timeline I think is very damming. Whether or not Brad Webber was likable on the stand or not, the timeline seems pretty solid because he clocked out and it shows when he would’ve returned home, and then when Libby’s phone stopped working.

Secondly, the confessions saying that he became a Christian seem right on because he was probably told that he needed to confess his sins in order to become a Christian and be clean again. Whether or not he actually became a Christian I’m not going to get into, but I do know that if he’s feeling guilty about what he did and a chaplain told him he had to confess the sins Jesus, then he may have felt that he needed to confess it to his wife and his mother too. It just makes sense to me.

No, it's not. I don't think they were very calm voiced while swearing. "Please sir, would you F****** confess?"
"Thank you for being polite, but you can go F*** yourself."

I would be far more inclined to believe they were exchanged, at best, tersely. If a cop is swearing at you because you won't confess, there is a real problem. I can't remember ever seeing or hearing about a cop swearing at someone to confess, who was actually guilty. If they are swearing at you to confess, they've got nothing else.
Honestly, so what? He tried good cop, then after Ricks started swearing at him, he returned it and they both did it and he played bad cop in one last try with him.

Rick Allen was and is an adult man and was free to leave. Big deal.

And again they arrested him WITHOUT any confession.

Jmo.

Yes it was him. Forceful personality and presence from Holeman very possible. I think RF was thinking about his military career and possible dishonorable discharge. Sad situation for his young family but I blame MW. LE just following up on a serious evidence leak that could have compromised the investigation.
And I blame more than just MW.

I just read it tonight and could swear it said he did that almost immediately after arriving. Threats to murder issued by a murderer (alleged), hmmm. Not a good look.

Well Tom has decided on RA's guilt He waited all along and even maybe a week ago did not feel he had enough to convict. So he's made his decision now.

Looks like he is going to continue to cover and I'm glad.

of note, imo, is he says media gets to review and look at exhibits and such for 15 minutes after cout (not him of course. Smh. 15 minutes and coming up with that, well okay...

Anyhow from them Tom has a list of the google searches by Rick and it's larger that what I'd seen... One interesting one to me that I don't recall is ballistics... Another is Monan HIgh Bridge stories. There are a few I don't recall seeing previously and too tired to go back and forth and get them but anyhow... We already new about tons of searches for Delphi Murders Updates, etc...

Tom actually missed Friday, only the 2nd day he has missed.

So he is covering info from others which he rarely does just to give Friday's. He was back on Saturday and then will go into his own notes. Haven't gotten that far yet.

I find the ballistics one pretty interesting... No dates I guess as reporters just had to write down the searches quickly, no idea...But we know most of what we'd heard of course was not long before his arrest...

Anyhow just giving a smattering of a few things plus that he has decided on guilt, and it took him some time to get there.

THought it's as interesting (maybe I'd heard it before but don't think so) gets 15 minutes after court...

I will be of course behind with him as of tomorrow again, further behind. I have Ike three open now, if not four. I decide lately each day to go to the new one and leave the former ones up to finish...

He thinks it may end by this next week but did not, at least yet give her reason for thinking that. The trial I mean...

Oh so what the media coud also see in court of the videos no one but the jury and parties were to see, was because some of them could see Rozzi;s screen. Now isn't that convenient... I've seen stuff like this before... Accident? Not to me, imo, and for media of all people... Tom is there this day...

By the way I'd point out who claims Gull never rules for the D the P objected to ANY of these videos being shown but the D got their way.

There have been MANY rulings the D's way and so if one or two think otherwise, I'm starting to point them out. I should have all along as there have been many, AND also just not shutting down some things and a lot of leeway.

Okay. Contrast THIS with what news has hyped and said. Tom and all others had to sit there like two hours while jury watched these with nothing for them to do but watch the jurors, etc. Tom said he saw absolutely no major facial expression on ANY juror as they watched any of these. I'm too tired to go back but I remarked on that just yesterday or the day prior, about the news saying what was the word?? Some jurors were _______, can't recall the word right now... Meaning horrifed, shell shocked, something like that... Nope. And I know who I believe from the news versus Tom without a dam*Ed doubt. Oh I knew it would come to me. Some jurors were AGHAST!! Bullsheet. It'f bullsheet, hogwash. LIES.

He didn't say THIS, I did. I don't even know that when he attends personally, he saw any coverage or reads any news as we have. But I SAW SUCH. So I'm saying it.

I agree! Brad Weber is suppose to be on the stand Monday (tomorrow) so it should be very interesting.
