LIBBY GERMAN & ABBY WILLIAMS: Indiana vs. Richard Allen for 2017 murder of two Delphi girls *TRIAL IN PROGRESS*

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams and Liberty German were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana, United States, after the young girls had disappeared from the same trail the previous day. The murders have received significant media coverage because a photo and audio recording of an individual believed to be the girls' murderer was found on German's smartphone. Despite the audio and video recordings of the suspect that have been circulated and the more than 26,000 tips that police have received, no arrest in the case has been made.[1][2][3]

Police have not publicly stated nor released details of how the girls were murdered.[6] As early as February 15, 2017, Indiana State Police began circulating a still image of an individual reportedly seen on the Monon High Bridge Trail near where the two friends were slain; the grainy photograph appearing to capture a Caucasian male, with hands in pockets, walking on the rail bridge, head down, toward the girls.[4] A few days later, the person in the photograph was named the prime suspect in the double-homicide.[5]

On February 22, law enforcement released an audio recording where the voice of the assailant,[7] though in some degree muffled, is heard to say, "Down the hill." It was at this news conference that officials credited the source of the audio and imagery to German's smartphone, and, further, regarded her as a hero for having had the uncanny foresight and fortitude to record the exchange in secret. Police indicated that additional evidence from the phone had been secured, but that they did not release it so as not to "compromise any future trial." By this time, the reward offered in the case was set at $41,000.[5]

He used the gun to kidnap them off the trails and to then force them to undress in the woods, subsequently killing them with a knife. What offences do you think he committed?
Kidnapping by force with a weapon. Maybe Maybe false imprisonment. With the undressing. IMO. It seems he was using it so they wouldn't run away. 2nd degree murder. Can't prove it was premeditated.

This Journal and Courier article says

"The documents indicate that Allen is charged with felony murder, alleging he committed the killings while kidnapping the girls. However, prosecutors have not yet charged Allen with kidnapping."

I don't think it's assault. No contact. But to me it is STILL a crime. "Lewd and lascivious conduct"? That's difficult l. You don't usually hear where they weren't assaulted. It's kidnapping to me first of all. I really don't know. But, Did he threaten them?. I haven't read he did. But if he did. "Terroristic Threats". This case is so different than most. It goes in 50 different directions. Rumors have been rampant. This is true. Now it's not. It is true again. And Abby and Libby have gotten lost in the madness. And that's who this is all about. If they weren't murdered. This wouldn't be going on. 2017! Just ridiculous!!! I put it into perspective in my 2017 to now. They were killed 7 months before my mom was diagnosed. 11/2017. She died 12/30/18. So my mom has been gone almost 5 years. So their families have been grieving and pushed aside THAT LONG!!! STILL NO JUSTICE!!! And another thing is. I know why my mom died. These were murdered children.
Assault does not have to be a physical touch.

Thank you. O.K. A death while committing another crime, Even if not intentional, Is1st degree murder.

Ok, but were his "incidents" reported on the records or just by RA? I find it rather unreasonable to think he is the only one that gets into trouble for not following orders in prison. What article was this? I'm curious now.

I forget. I didn't say he's the only one who's been tased. Those two guards are the only ones who tased him and claimed he wasn't following orders. That seems really odd to me.

I guess that would depend on how many guards are and have been over him. Maybe they could the the only ones he antagonized due to their patches or other reasons? Now, if he had a dozen or so over him and these are the only two, sure. If they are nearly the only ones over him, then it is what it is. How many jailers does this place have over him is my question. NOT that I am asking you to have the answer, just another curiosity that would make a vast difference on how I interpret this story.

I came across these death certificates for the girls on Reddit. The 12.15 pm time is the time they were found on the 14th, I believe.

I think about these poor families that have to visually identify their child. Anyone taken in an act of murder. A child is extra upsetting. That's sad. They both bled out. So it seems. If I am correct. They died slowly by bleeding to death. Is that correct?. I don't know the information if they were stabbed repeatedly or not. Once is awful.

I don’t know the answer but you have to account for shift changes and days off.Screenshot_20231113-204313_Samsung Internet.jpg

Bleeding to death can be rapid, too.
