His parents are very forthcoming and full of information but man seem so enabling.

It also seems to me the two were playing his parents. Supposedly breaking up and so then Jenn charged him for a room his father was paying for. He also made some remark he didn't realize he was supporting the entire family... Not sure how $600 supports a whole family but...
He had money and they couldn't figure out where it was coming from...
Even when living at their house he had her on Facetime all day, etc. The mother said she couldn't keep a job, neither could. Always something prevent Jenn from working. She was bipolar, and bisexual......
When the couple was at their home, Maddie would sleep with his mom.
WTF is wrong here. I tell ya.
That also seems to make it clear that his folks did not sleep together.
I'll not remark on the dysfunction that seems to be around this child.
To be fair, she gives a good explanation of why Maddie was in with her.
I will say they know way too much or seem to as to when Maddie started puberty and more.
Mom says Maddie was starting to show signs of bipolar too and this terrified Jenn and they started butting heads badly...
Of course this is all coming from HIS parents but man...
She says Maddie had boys pushing her against a wall and taking a feel or whatever and school had a hard time stopping such from happening...
I mean this stuff is something else and hard.
This child was surrounded by instability and worse. To be fair, he probably put his parents through quite the life and they just had no idea what to do with him. I don't doubt her family dealt with similar.

Dad was done paying and Stephan said Jenn paid for him to come up there. So she paid her child's killer to come to her home...

To me, that can only me one of two things. Either Maddie was telling or threatening to or pregnant.
He also was planning to stay with Jenn and Maddie a week. His parents were looking forward from the break and walking on eggshells around him...
They are quite picked on, especially the mom, and understandably for some of the things she has done and said but it's pretty clear these parents had a big problem child themselves (adult one) and death with sh*t for years. THey are actually very forthcoming, the father particularly... And open, telling police all imo...
Mom, a bit more unsure of, and tries some to put on Jenn, she thinks Jenn was the one seen on video near the church, planned, in Maddies clothes...
Mom also said things like Jenn was calm and Stephan was a sobbing mess and once in the interview she also said you can't fake that nasal nose running thing. Oh I beg to differ, we've all seen it, all that was as fake as can be.
But I have to say, re Jenn....

This one is VERY interesting.
Dad told Stephan if he had nothing to hide to give the cops his phone. So he did. Dad also aid it would help clear him, they would be able to find out where he'd been, etc. So then Stephan tells dad he had hmm left his phone at home... Well could a camera have caught you.
This dad is frustrated with this son and has been for years, one can tell, but also cares. Helped I am sure hoping to no end to get him on some right path but frustrated at all the things and help and cost...
Do NOT enable your children if you can at all help it. All worry they have a roof over head, etc. even as adults but...

I heard her say "we" so many more times in her interviews as to them dropping her off. THat wasn't ONE slip or one attempt to cover... It was a common one, many times.
As I said in one interview of hers, and again I think I saw them in reverse order as to when given, i saw countless red flags. In the next which likely was the first, she sailed through and I found her pretty much truthful until it got closer to the end and she got stuck for answers and that's where the spacey took my meds comment came in as she tried to come up with an answer with a long pause...
Something is really wrong here. I mean we KNOW what he did but something more is...

I had been of the bunch especially with the jail letters a bit whatever about his mom and her attempts to make Jenn reponsible along with him or at least trying to shift the blame but I don't know any longer... Thought it was b.s. to a point but not so sure now...I mean NOTHING excuses HIM BUT not so sure this was a one person deal...

I'm not seeing her at all any longer as some naive trusting mom that could not see what was going on... That's fading, and fast.
She was going to be a nurse (his mom said God forbid, save us all, paraphrasing), then a graphic designer, could not hold a job either, etc. She vaped constantly I take that to mean pot. I suspect he did as well and then there were all the other drugs or prescrip stuff to abuse.
Very, very messed up dynamic here.
I'm thinking the enabling families on both sides meant well and did the only things they could with adult children like these short of leaving them on the streets and homeless.
I have absolutely no change in him and my thoughts on him or what he did, but as far as mom, I do or am forming such...Those interviews were so different, one from the other...There were more I think, but just saying one and then another it was noticeable...
And even when I was somewhat believing her, again way too calm.
And let's go back to the other thing. After LE told her he'd been molesting her daughter for how long, her concern was telling his dad he needed to get him and pay for a lawyer. She has very little emotion or concern about her daughter throughout the interviews whether she seems believable or not.
These two "adults" were also using their own parents imo and putting them through HE77.
And then the fact this child sleep in bed with mom and bf, slept in bed with mom's bf alone, and slept with step grandma (not legally, just for explanation of who) is downright odd.
Believe it or not, I believe the step grandma, his mom, in that it was better than her being in the room on the floor with them. I would almost suspect she knew more than that would happen..
It is really a lot for the start of a work week that I desperately could use another day off from. But I am in this one and do not want to get behind which will probably happen anyhow as I gather a lot more things have come from the FOIA requests to cover yet...
Just some fill in from those also who haven't had the time, etc. And jmo.
I think Jenn may be slyer than him and smarter and a better user and liar... Because she is really hard to decide on but my meter is tipping...
