CO SUZANNE MORPHEW: Missing from Chaffee County, CO - 10 May 2020 - Age 49 *Found Deceased*

A Chaffee County woman is missing after a neighbor said she went out for a bike ride Sunday and never returned, sparking a search involving more than 100 emergency personnel.

The Chaffee County Communications Center received a report on Sunday at 5:46 p.m. regarding a missing woman in the area of County Road 225 and West Highway 50.


Anybody who has information on Morphew’s whereabouts is asked to call the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office at 719-539-2596 or Chaffee County Crime Stoppers at 719-539-2599.

SUZANNE MORPHEW is still #missing from Mayesville, CO. Her husband was arrested in 2021 for her murder!

I remember that. And know whose room. Would he be so dumb as to bury her with it? I can believe it... The man thought he'd never be disbelieved and of course did all to send them in other directions.

A bit of a sidetrack: Not sure if true but I had wondered how they knew it was her or went there that fast since it wasn't her they were looking for. I saw someone say it was because of her cancer/chemo port. I CANNOT verify this but it would make sense. She was due to get it out on Monday I believe. How sad is that... :( Done with treatment, beat cancer and ready I am sure to make life better in a lot of ways...

the girls have totally different stories about their parent's relationship. One paints the same picture Barry is trying to paint and the other one states basically they were miserable together and didn't feel safe around each other. She also totally contradicted Barry's claim that he routinely deleted texts from Suzanne because the girls frequently look at his phone. The daughter totally contradicted that, too, stating she never looked at her parent's phones.

The older one is entirely a daddy's girl and I don't doubt she entirely dissed her mother in favor of father at any time if taking sides. He took her hunting, etc. He filled these girls heads. If I leave a chance for either of the girls it is the other one. And even her, I have had it with. I can however see she is struck and caught up with them BUT it doesn't matter. She has shown a side or two as well. It does seem however that she at least at first probably told some truth. Her bf even when asked about the marriage knew there was trouble... I recently saw that video again...

There are some odd hints at some things about the older daughter as you read through all the pages... I would need to refresh but if you come across it and get similar thoughts, please post them... Seems to me it was to do with DNA or prints or something... NOT SURE though. Just something that really put up my radar with her...

The entire thing is a WOW. This man is considered a huge liar for good reason. He isn't very smart and it makes it even more maddening he isn't behind bars.

This damn DNA is still causing me problems. Remove the DNA evidence and it's obvious he did it. I still need to know whose DNA it is. That dude that lawyered up would be a good place to start. Was he even in the area at that time? They should be able to figure that out.

can you imagine what dna they would find in your vehicle? Did she have her car serviced? Did she leave her window down somewhere and somebody tried to reach into her glovebox? Who knows how long it's been there. Now, if they had found it in another place, I could possibly start to believe it meant something. I spot on her glovebox and nowhere else, nada.
 
the partial match to the guy means either it belongs to someone he is related to and very well might not even know the person or they had such a minute sample that it was not enough to get a complete profile.

My daughter did one of the sites where you input your data and it shows you some people you are related to. She had a match that was probably a second cousin - twice removed. Do you realize how far up and over one has to go to figure out who that is? That would translate to my grandparents 2nd cousins. I can only imagine how far back and over some of those become. Yet, we would still be a partial match.

We're still talking about a very slim margin of people who it could belong to. They need to know whose DNA it is.

Here, go to 1:41 into this video and listen about the DNA. She is not the one I heard it from way back when but most of the ones that cover this case KNOW this. I heard it explained even better than this but this is one who says it is NOTHING. One of MANY and I am pretty sure that included he likes of Nate Eaton and Lauren Scharf even.

You are worried about the DNA, say you can't stop and yet you won't listen to something about it? Fine.

She isn't my fave but she addresses the issue and knows about it as many of them do. The guy on Court TV on the other hand although good at what he does, didn't know sh*t about it nor was up on this specific case or followed it throughout in the same way.

I gave you a time stamp so you did not have to listen to it all, it is a couple of minutes.

And I can't count the number of times I've watched someone or something annoying of yours and regretted it. :bigtongue:
