reminder... note highlighted part. When did she take the supposed bike ride? There was no sign of life of her after Barry returned home while she was sending a pic to the boyfriend. I don't think I need to read between the lines to guess what happened after that.

Right after this is when he came up with the story about chasing squirrels after he was confronted about lying about being home.

I know it's not the same but it has to belong to somebody, so who else could have been involved in her murder/ abduction/staging of the bike crash?
You are all going to have to bear with me as I am going back and trying t catch up and don't recall which if any I responded to so these are going to land in recent ones but before I have seen recent posts.

Well you do not HAVE to bear with me but ask that you do.

So on that note in response to this post, they may as well quit investigating in any case because if ALL DNA has to be identified on every single object, wall, light switch, apple, mailbox, rock, car, tire valve, etc. we are in serious trouble. I'm assuming they are talking touch DNA but who knows...

How many people's are on the bills in your wallet right now? On the bag of food you ordered? On the mail or package that arrived today?

It is clear we are not talking blood or semen or that would be said. Ol' Iris would have her trumpet and gongs out if that was the case.

and exactly why I used just the bike manufacturing as an example. They did collect it and evidently found it to be irrelevant. The defense just seized upon it and people latched onto it like it was meaningful. Nearly every single thing we own has a possible trace of somebody else on it.

It's not fact because your first statement assumes the bike was new and we don't know that. Also, if BM threw the bike over the cliff edge and also chucked the helmet further on, why is his DNA not on those items but there is unmatched DNA on them instead?
Why would anyone committing a crime leave their DNA on the items they are staging? You'd go out of your way not to. Or to leave someone else's. Personally I think the DNA is trivial but I guess BM could have planted it as well.

?? Again it was a partial match. The "owner" of the DNA is not that of the rapist. So what felony?
and one might be amazed about how many felons are out walking amongst us on a daily basis. I bet the emu even has felon dna in his car from rides he's given. Possibly even on the glove box :teehee:

When do you think BM got the bike and helmet and chucked the bike down the bank and discarded the helmet further along the trail? Would this have been early a.m. before he left on that Mother's day or the evening before? When did he drive to Moffat and bury the body?
Well LE has her murdered on Saturday and he had a ton of time until his run to Broomfield Sunday. I personally don't think he'd stage the bike and helmet until after he disposed of her for obvious reasons. I think his one turn to the other direction is when he ditched he helmet. I think he disposed of her in the dark but I'm not sold that she immediately was taken to Moffat and in fact the more I think of it the last few days the more I think she was moved BUT I am also okay with he dispoed of her there right from the start. My reasons would take another post.

There is another school of thought out thereby some that she died Friday. They believe it was Barry on the phone with JL and claim the bikini picture is a match taken to a pic in Mexico. How do you like that as food for thought?

I used to wonder not because of that as it wasn't said then if she died Friday or Saturday but I've always known and believed it was not Sunday and there was no bike ride. NOTHING can shake me or MOST people from that and that includes LE, reporters and more, almost no one believes that. You are free to of course.

I myself believe as LE does that it was Saturday now and have for some time. I think he then went into coverup mode AND was the one friending men on her FB, etc. and probably trying to find out who Jeff was. I think all the truck telematics, phone in airplane mode and so much more expose him. The AA spells a lot of it out.

There are also people out there who have spent countless hours taking the truck stuff, phone stuff, and far more and put them all together as to time frame that would be worthy of a court exhibit. This and more are the things you will never see in news print.

Barry had this planned. There is just too much. Girls gone, marriage over, fake trip with Broomfield last minute and more. I REALLY want to reread the AA but that isn't going to happen any time soon.

AFter Cuz watched the show I linked he came back and said that was enough, he as a juror would convict Barry. The DNA evidence bothers him of course as it does you but just hearing the facts in that show did it and she wasn't even the one with the MOST and it was't even the AA. THere are a LOT of good ones out there who have invested a lot of time and effort.

Anyone can say anything they like and Iris and Barry can go on til the cows come home but nothing and no one will change my opinion that Barry Morphew murdered his wife. EVER. Not in this case. Now how and no way. I could be convinced he had someone else involved or something on that order but NOT that he is innocent.

I would for sure not be an impartial juror on this one, ya think lol?

You specifically mentioned that article as statting that. That is why. It doesn't. Most don't. Most i have read state it as that is what started the investigation is the call to 911 and that is what they were told.
It's right up there with Braylen Noble fell from the third floor, ran off and drowned in a swimming pool. NOT.

O

Or when he was at home that he lied about being home and told LE he was out of town. the last known sign of life of her. You know, when he then said he was chasing squirrels after he was told his phone gps was pinging all over the place.
Chipmunks, lol, get it right. Couldn't help it, had to pick on it.

Yeah, his excuses when caught in something were always hunting related. Chipmunks. Elk. And Mallory's turkey...

If you get through the AA or while you read it watch and pick up on hints of her. And let me know. She could not be excluded if I recall correctly from some things being talked f here. I don['t want to irresponsibly say more as my recall isn't great with it but in reading between lines, something stood out.... If I recall the girls' name are blacked out but from other things you can determine who they mean...

I am pretty sure I remarked on it here back when or alluded to it.

I really want to reread it! I prior to it had a very well formed opinion of his guilt for many reasons but I read that as if unknowing and a juror and it was like "case won" multiplied by ten.

I caught it way after I could change it🤣

I'll probably have time this weekend to get at least a little bit further. Nice weather is getting ready to be history for a bit with cold, blustery and rainy setting in. I'll try and get my stuff done so I can have a date with my kindle and blanket.

Identified by dental records.

Interesting. That pic also shows how hidden a body would be unless someone was specifically walking there and looking.

I heard a week or two ago, can't verify but it makes sense, that it was her chemo port that gave them an indication of who it might be. Again, I can't verify but it makes sense. ID by dental records makes sense but that would take a hot minute or so. Sadly she was due I think to get her port out that Monday...This was in our world a QUICK turnaround and ID and something had to have them looking to SM when they were there on another case entirely.

I've seen much elude to that, too. It probably gave them the inclination of who it was and then used dentals to confirm. A chemo port would really, really narrow down the possibilities instantly, at a glance.

I'll take any excerpt you can refresh me on and it would benefit anyone here too I think that hasn't read it. It was not dull as I'm sure you have already found out.

It isn't outright or blatant but there is a thread of something relating to her and if you pick up on it throughout it leaves one with something of a thought, I'd actually like to know if it does the same for you as I really haven't seen it picked out of it much...

The judge sealed this AA for one big reason due to these girls which from all I found is NO legal basis to do so... Everyone figured it was to protect them from knowledge of dad or mom's affair but that doesn't fly with me as it wasn't anything worse than they'd already probably faced or heard for all the time before his arrest. I feel like the AA could have said more than it did in regard to her but figured it doesn't include all/would come out at trial...

I may be all wet but could use the refresher or where it takes your thoughts or if you even pick up on it, maybe it was just me...

But that girl bothers me, always has and the AA added to it. I hate feeling that way but it's what I picked up on...

I will take any refresher of any part of the AA that stands out to you though. AS you can see, I can't even keep up here in ONE spot on a case lately.

Yeah that's what I meant. Port gave the point at Suzanne and then quick dentals confirmed. I think both are likely true.

What if the DNA is all the same profile?

The DNA is not the same. If it were all the same Iris would be dancing with Barry on the rooftops. Trust me or not, it is NOT the same and that is accepted.

Nobody has said either way, so you or I could be right about this. I'd think the prosecution would say it was different DNA if it was.
