Bernard Madoff says he is dying and is asking a judge for compassionate release from prison, where he is serving 150 years for orchestrating the largest Ponzi scheme in history, according to a Wednesday federal court filing.

Madoff, 81, has terminal kidney failure and a life expectancy of less than 18 months. When the court sentenced him, “it was clear that Madoff’s 150-year prison sentence was symbolic for three reasons: retribution, deterrence, and for the victims,” the court filing states. “This Court must now consider whether keeping Madoff incarcerated … is truly in furtherance of statutory sentencing goals and our society’s value and understanding of compassion.”

Madoff said in the request for compassionate release that he “does not dispute the severity of his crimes.”

I don't either. Just says Toddler. I'm guessing the guy they are looking for is the Father. Mom is 20. So is the guy they are looking for. Mom and Grandma arrested. WTH?! Different Adults with different stories. What winners.

I know right? Maybe one is telling the truth but they don't know who? Or are they all lying?
 
I just can't help but say well what a smart one pa! Don't ya think? Conspire with a stripper, take multiple policies out on your nephew, try to collect immediately and lie on the policies about income etc. Then stripper's bank account goes from negative to $9,000 or so... Well duh... Oh let's not forget those cell phone records... Sweetie Pie??? Who can make this stuff up... It sounds like a bad movie. Sorry for the victim though. Side note: If stripper's bank account was negative, I wonder how good she was at her job...

Apparently after the murder they found evidence of a recording between Master Bob and hitman Gentz talking the night before the murder.

Ah, that makes more sense. I thought he arranged a hit, was caught and then arranged another hit...
 
ONE YEAR OLD??? AND THREE? Really??? Thought to be playing in their roomS. They first get outside through some door right? Both of them... Unnoticed... Unheard. SILENT LITTLE toddlers... THEN they open heavy (probably) car doors and get into a car again UNNOTICED, BOTH of them... THEN they lock the car doors... And KNOW HOW to do that, open the car door and both get in, or they accidentally do that but not how to OPEN them. HOW long did it take for older bro to get younger bro in the car and more...? Did he have to lift the one year old? Hold the door open? And then from inside pull the door shut?? WHAT??? A tragic accident? This one year old must be closer to two cuz I can't picture all this... Is LE truly signing OFF on this without a further look??? Yep, give a person bad people something like SIDS to abuse as an excuse and now we have hot car deaths... More than ever, wow... I would think the more there are, the more knowledge and the more precaution would be used...
